Natural Products Expo West 2026, the world's largest natural, organic, and healthy products trade show, took over the Anaheim Convention Center March 3–6, 2026. On Day 3 (Wednesday, March 5), I walked the floor from 10am through closing, visiting over 60 exhibits across the main halls and outdoor sampling areas. What follows is a visual catalog of each booth I stopped at — from legacy brands like Barilla and Fiji Water to emerging players in functional mushrooms, tallow-fried chips, and koji-fermented beverages. Organic bakery brand with a magenta/purple booth declaring "Built for Better Bites" and "The Canvas for Everyday Creativity." Staff in Rudi's branded shirts offered sandwich samples (Sandos) and showcased their Daily Power bread line. Freezer-friendly organic breads and buns.
Dark chocolate bars: Lemon Twist, Dark & Salty, Dark Duo
San Francisco-based bean-to-bar chocolate maker with a striking orange booth, featuring varieties including Lemon Twist, Dark & Salty, and Dark Duo. Earned VegNews Hot Product Pick award. Chief Chocolate Maker Brad Kintzer explained that he helped Unreal Chocolates co-founder Chris get their first batch off the ground. Brad works with TCHO founder Jane Metcalfe, known from her Wired magazine days.
Iconic Italian pasta maker (Dal 1877) with a large blue-and-yellow booth. Promoted "1st Place in Taste Among Major Protein Pasta Brands" with elaborate plated pasta dishes on display.
Granola bars, granola minis, crispy squares — all allergy-friendly
Allergy-friendly snack brand with a bold pink-and-blue booth. "Allergy Friendly" and "All Organic" callouts prominently displayed. Products are school-safe and free from common allergens.
Wisconsin-based artisan cheese company with an elegant brick-walled booth. Offered generous cheese cubes on a branded cutting board. "Coming Soon" flyer teased a new organic cheese product. Sartori brand crest with laurel wreath logo.
Probiotic soda brand with a clean white booth and bright yellow lemon logo. The rep wore a branded yellow "pop" shirt. Bottles of various flavored probiotic sodas on display including fruit-forward flavors.

Established Ayurvedic wellness company (Since 1930) with a large booth featuring their iconic orange swoosh logo. Displayed herbal healthcare and supplement products. Known globally for Ayurvedic formulations.
Roasted and seasoned walnut snack brand from family farms in Sacramento, California. Booth featured a large poster: "Unbound Roasted & Seasoned Walnuts — They're Really Good." KeHE distribution partnership noted.
The Calmer Co. provides natural solutions to calm nerves, support mind & muscle relaxation, and induce sleep, delivered via functional beverages, drinking powders, shots, and concentrates. Under their House of Brands: FijiKava, Taki Mai, and Danodan Hempworks. Staff wore branded shirts at their earthy, Pacific-inspired booth.
Premium bottled water brand from Fiji with a tropical backdrop booth. Rows of iconic square bottles with tropical scene labels. "Recycle" messaging prominent. Generous water distribution to attendees.

Co-Founder Senada Greca holds an MBA and is also the founder of WeRise, a world-leading fitness and self-development platform, and is best known as Kim Kardashian's personal trainer.
